Sara Mohsen is the founder of The Nudge Co. and a marketing strategist with 15+ years of experience shaping hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Her career sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial performance. Over the past decade in Dubai, Sara has led marketing for multi-venue hospitality groups, premium restaurants, nightlife concepts, and lifestyle destinations, working on venue launches, brand repositioning, integrated campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives.

She is known for her ability to step into complex marketing environments, quickly identify what isn’t working, and implement clear, practical strategies that drive both brand equity and business results.

Sara’s expertise spans brand positioning, marketing strategy, CRM, partnerships, events, and team development, always with a focus on connecting long-term strategy with operational execution.
